I regularly get Keratin treatments done and it was my first time attending this salon. I prepaid £75 and the ladies told me that my hair is long and asked me to pay another £100 on top which is shocking as I never paid this sort of money for this treatment before, but they promised me that the results will be amazing. However the results shocked me - my hair doesn’t look professionally straightened, it looks like I straightened it myself. I don’t recommend this salon for this treatment.

Staff were friendly. Microdermabrasion was decent, I thought extraction was included in the online price but I had to pay extra I was informed after I arrived. Therapist was very knowledgeable. Therapist did well with ambiance, candles, dark lighting and gentle music but the traffic could be heard from street, even though we were in a back room.
