The pedicure was just as expected but I was not happy with the overall experience. I booked an offer on treatwell but was told to pay extra because apparently my feet were very bad and the nail technician would have to work very hard. Personally its the first time I have encountered a situation like this because I thought I had already booked the service for the set price. It would have been nice to be told the change in price before starting the pedicure. I will not go again.

I had a trim and blow dry with Natalia, she was really friendly and also worked quickly which is impressive considering I have such thick hair. I also really liked the way she styled my hair with the straightners at the end. I would for sure book another appointment with Natalia
