I was experiencing tension in muscles particularly in the neck and shoulders area from gym etc. Sara was very knowledgeable in how to go about the massage and make sure I got the most out of it. I was made to feel welcome upon arriving . Will use their services again and would recommend to others. Good value for money , friendly and helpful atmosphere.
