This place is cute, and the staff is friendly however to still be left with hair after waxing in essential areas abit disappointed, this could be put down to the wax used more that the attendant as she did her upmost best.

Love my new hair colour and cut. Just how I wanted it thank you for listening and doing exactly what i asked for! Nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere too definitely will recommend to all my friends and family! X
Staff were very friendly but on the bases of the treatment...
Wash: water kept getting very hot and very cold throughout
Cut: asked for a straight trim (my hair is very thick) the hairdresser brought all my hair back behind my ears and trimmed, no thinning until I asked for it.
Hair dry: my hair kept getting stuck in the back of the hair drier. She would rip it out from midway of my hair. Thankfully not big Chunks, so unnoticeable.

Got amazing treatment from a lovely lady to do my acrylics, did them exactly how I wanted and took her time in getting them right! Would definitely go back!
