My first time doing microneedling and Austeja was amazing. She took time to explain the procedure and ask questions about problem areas before beginning. She put plenty of hyaluronic acid on throughout the treatment and even had a cold face mask waiting in the fridge for after the needling— which felt heavenly!! She adjusts the depth for each area and even did my shoulders when we had extra time left in the session! This should be everyone’s go-to place in London!
