Great treatment, Shari is a competent therapist, knowledgeable, very attentive and caring. I booked 1hour and 30min of lymphatic drainage massage but she immediately suggested -looking at my posture - to adjust the treatment by treating my back with a deep issue massage before the lymphatic part. This was an excellent choice and very needed. I also woke up the day after without the swelling feet, legs and belly I have been fighting with for months...such an amazing feeling!

Highly recommend the pregnancy massage for those looking for a proper massage and not just some gentle pushing the skin around. Shari took her time to understand my needs and really worked to release the knots in my back and neck. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and had been desperately looking for someone to really get into the problems areas. I've been sleeping so well since the massage so my only regret is not finding her sooner!

I had a 90 minute pregnancy massage with Shari. I'm 37 weeks and had a terrible headache caused by tension in my shoulders and back. Shari worked out all the knots and two days later I feel so much more relaxed and my headache is gone!
