I’ve always struggled to find a hairdresser that actually listens to what I want. I found that mythical being in Zoe. From the moment I walked into the salon I found her to be bubbly, professional and serious about what I wanted. Lots of hairdressers would have cut too much off my hair or would have styled it differently, as has been the case in the past. All I wanted was a hair health check and the smallest trim imaginable- my hair is now bouncy and nearly as long as it was when I arrived : perfect.
I also had a treatment and after explaining that I had a sensitive scalp, Zoe recommended a different treatment for my scalp and another for my ends. My ends are luscious and glowing, but my scalp has started to itch, so if you have a sensitive scalp I would be wary of getting any treatment on it, but this isn’t the salon’s fault at all.
