Great visit was lovely to be able to get back to the salon and get my hair sorted, same great welcome as always, and now feel I look a bit more human, thank you
I’ve been going to Michelle for 19 years, both her and the salon staff are great. However, I would be lost without Michelle.
I had basically turned brunette by the time restrictions lifted so it was a delight to have her bring back the blonde!! As always she made time fly since we had lots to chat about & catch up on. I have Easilocks hair extensions which Michelle is able to work around to do my highlights with no bother (other salons have told me I would have to pay £££ to take them out, get my highlights and put them back in). The whole salon was very covid safe and I felt looked after from start to finish :)
Had a little delay on appointment by about 5 minutes but was told this by stylist as she had to clean down her station from the last client. She spent time to get to know what we wanted and advised where advice was needed. We didn't feel rushed even though salon was busy as it was the first week back after lockdown 3.
