Your online booking notifications were in a mess. I booked an appointment for 14:50 on Tues 22 Aug then had to change it to the following week. The new time was Tues 29 with Annie. At 11:15 Adele rang to say I had a booking with her at 11:00. She re-booked me with Annie for 4:00 on Wed 30. I arrived at 3:50 on Wed; Annie took 25 minutes to attend to me. When I got home after a good treatment from Annie, a new text then told me I had an appointment at 4:15 pm! Infuriating & most unsatisfactory.
