I was seen immediately and Annie put on my usual colour very efficiently. When it came to the cut, she went to a lot of trouble to restyle both back and front and did the necessary thinning, although it's not a procedure she particularly likes to do. The atmosphere in the salon was very chatty and friendly and I left in good time to get to the shops.
