Great experience both for myself and my daughter (6 years). We were seen right on time and Lisa took to the time to listen to us and understand what we both wanted. She gave me suggestions and really good advise based on my hair which was very helpful and very much appreciated she didn't just go with my idea which wouldn't have worked with my hair.
