I’m almost emotional thinking of how kind and considerate Ellie was at my appointment, and what a great job she did. I have huge anxiety about the hairdressers after a lot of bad experiences and not being listened to - and not only did I feel heard today, Ellie did exactly as I asked and was so kind and warm with it. I’ve found the one hairdresser I can really trust and am so thankful to her and the welcoming team. Wonderful experience ❤️

Started using the salon late last year. Very pleased with how Ellie does my colour and cut. Yes the salon looks/feels a bit dated for where it is, but the staff and service make up for it very friendly, welcoming atmosphere :-)
