I booked and paid for a haircut with a senior stylist (Paige), but my appointment was carried out by another stylist. While she was friendly, the service felt rushed and lasted no more than 15 minutes. I had prepaid for a wash and haircut, but it felt more like a fringe trim, and my hair was only partially dried. Overall, this experience was far below the standard (compared to Hersham Branch of Beehive)I expected, and I would not return.
