Naomi really cares about her customers but also her staff. She was surrounded by birthday well-wishes and balloons, celebrating her birthday that day, but it showed the high regard she is held by her staff and customers. She listens to what I want but is also ready to make suggestions and she was also allowing another member of of the team watch her cut my hair, giving valuable tips as she worked, sharing her own experiences. Leading by example is a great trait.
