Well done to Naomi who manages the salon so well, it’s always a pleasure visiting as I do approx every 6 weeks

leaving it at 4 star but Im feeling abit annoyed. They don’t do chemical straightening, only brazillian blowdry. I attended a consultation and rang up morning of and at no point was I told they don’t do this treatment i was allowed to book. I paid extra to get the brazillian after being reassured it wld have the desired effect, but my hair is still wavy/frizzy, but it is more flat. Naomi was very good and did the treatment well, its just not what i wanted and i should have been told in advance

I get a weekly blow dry here purely because the girls are wonderful and I always get a great blow dry.
Unfortunately the owners clearly don’t care about the salon or the customers as much as the girls do.
It is scruffy, dated and looks dangerous in parts. It is always freezing in Winter and boiling in Summer.
The owners just seem to want money and are not worried about the comfort of the clients. It is only because of the fabulous girls that work there that I bother going.
