Amy has coloured my hair twice in a process to go from very dark brown to ashy blonde. She has listened to my requirements / ideas every step of the way and has advised me accordingly and professionally. She sure knows her stuff! Went for a simple men's haircut, however length was uneven both at the front and at the back (had to cut chunks off at home to fix), and whenever asked if the length was ok during haircut,was not facing mirror - sounds like someone in training
