Didn’t remove old ones well so then new nails weren’t that good, started coming off within a week.

My nails look good and the person who did them was friendly, however some of her fingers were slightly dirty and hands were cold. Furthermore, the disinfectant wasn’t washed off the appliances; they were rubbed in a cotton pad and used on me.

Unfortunately the greeting started off to be the first put off. It’s my first and last time I’ll be coming. Not only was I sat there for 30 minutes before I was seen even though I was early, I got a Hollywood and the process wasn’t great. The hygiene was not good, the same spatula was used throughout the whole process and was used before me! I saw pubes on the floor too! Absolutely vile. I’m shocked and disgusted a place like this is still open and running!
