Alison takes time to assess how best to support any challenges or niggles and to release difficult knots. The atmosphere is very calming and encourages you to take a moment for yourself. Relaxing and releasing massage.

Allison was great. Attentive and really focused on improving the problem areas. Kept a good level of communication through out and helped in understanding where the issues were and what might have caused and prevent them. Highly recommended. 5 Stars
