Sam was really friendly, pleasant rela conversation,wax almost pain free. Sam was very thorough. I took on the offer to do my eyebrows as well and I'm very satisfied. Looking forward my next visit

It would have been more relaxing if the therapist had a consistent playlist which didn’t involve YouTube adverts! The ads were very distracting. The massage was nice but I was not relaxed due to the background noise.

I was a bit nervous having my eyelashes tinted for the first time in years, having had chemotherapy last year, everything just seems a bit more sensitive. I dropped in for a patch test in the days before and the tint itself was the easiest I've ever had. No stinging whatsoever and no smudges. Sam was very welcoming and kind and such a serene presence, it made for a very relaxing experience. Very glad to have found Sam.
