I was greeted by Nichola who was cheerful, friendly and very professional. She listened to the problem I was having with my hair and gave good advice. She was very attentive and gave me a great haircut and blow dry.

Last minute, first time appointment with Nicola. Chatty and pleasant. Listened to what I wanted and cut as asked. Looked great when I left and more important has been easy for me to style myself subsequently.
