Finally got into the hairdressers seat 1 hour after my original appointment, got insincere apologies. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. Ran out of peroxide - no colour charts for picking colour. Other people in there were unhappy with their cuts, colours etc. Then when my hair was finished all I got was a 'sorry, ok goodbye' . My hair still smells of dye and feels damaged - awful experience would never go back.

Really great value cut for money. Quick and efficient, friendly staff. It was very quiet when I went and I got seen to straight away to have my hair washed so I was ready to go straight into the cut when the hairdresser was free. One of the best hair cuts I've had in a long time would definitely go again and would recommend to friends.

Victor gave me a great haircut and i have already got a great response from all my friends. Great staff once they start talking but maybe a better focus on customer service and this place will shine.

This is definately value for money. The hairdresser did a neat job. I left it to him to cut my hair and he gave a good hair style. He focuses on customer satisfaction and I really appreciate his attitude. I would definately recommend Bebe hair design.
