Unfortunately I did not get a chance to have my hair done here. Having spent some time researching a new hairdressers, i'd read some great reviews so decided to book.
I called them up to explain what i wanted and the gentleman was very helpful and suggested i wait for the other stylist to be free as this was his area of expertise, this was fine although it did mean waiting for a week and a half.
I was really looking forward to getting my hair sorted however much to my disappointment they called me up on the day to cancel my appointment as the hairdresser i was booked with hadn't shown up to work for that last few days. Tried to re-book or get another hairdresser however no availability within the next few days was offered as they are fully booked. Whilst I understand the issue, i feel it could have been handled better and more effort could have been made to offer an alternative. I am now unable to have my hair done in time for my holiday and I will not be booking here again.
Great highlights in a great little salon. No frills be yourself kind of place it's great. Due to only having a couple of chairs you receive a very personal service.

Great cut, really happy with the appointment, was made to feel very welcome. Location was also very convenient for me, nearby to london bridge and guy's hosital.
