He really cared about making my hair look good and spent extra time perfecting it. I've since washed and dried my new short hair a few times and it sits well. Had lots of compliments on the new cut. Thanks!

I had mid-long hair and asked for a graduated long bob and was given a very short uneven bob (not graduated) the colour wasn't great and the haircut was noting what I asked for. I was charged £15 extra for a toner having been told it would make the highlights more natural but it actually made them look worst. Wasn't impressed at all and wouldn't return. This Salon seems to go through stylist's by the month, This is the 3rd/4th time here and I have seem 3 different stylist, none of which seem to be qualified. I kept going back because It was conveniently located near my work but will defiantly need to find a new salon now.
