Nice friendly salon but blow dry wasn't great, fell out the next day and she took a while to do it. Probably wouldn't go there again

Was told would have to pay £20 extra to have a lowlight and a highlight even though have visited the salon many times previously with the previous hairdresser and never had to pay extra. Ended up just having lowlights instead. Hot water went out while I was there so they had to boil the kettle to wash my hair. He did a good job though and a nice cut and was very apologetic.
