I went to Bebe last Sunday for a drastic new look. Not the most ambient salon to be honest. I had probably just over 12 inches cut off. While the hairdresser was perfectly nice, I didn't get what I wanted, despite showing him a photo of the look I was after which was a short, very textured cut. Instead I was left with something very different - no side fringe at all which was the big feature of the photo I showed the hairdresser. The result was a sort of rounded bob that was not at all flattering for my facial features. I would have asked him to correct it but he was by myself and then 2 new customers came in. I ended up going to another salon that same day to have them fix it and the results were spot on what I wanted because they listened to me. I ended up having to pay for two haircuts that day (not cheap!) because the first one at Bebe was just nothing like what I asked/showed.
