The place is very small and not exactly glamorous in any way, but if you just want to pay for what you get - a quick and simple cut and blow dry for £26 - then it's fine. I can't stand dropping £50+ on something that's so simple and takes less than an hour, when I don't have a tricky or fashionable hair style/colour. Amaya was really lovely and giving advice on how to treat my hair (with coconut oil - not trying to push salon products onto me for commission etc) and took the extra step to tidy up some of my split ends that are creeping up my head. As someone who likes to be in peace and not trying to force awkward conversation over the sound of a hairdryer, I appreciated that she wasn't overly pushy with chit chat but still friendly and helpful. Obviously everyone is different in their preferences, but for me this was a relief after a crazy day at work!
