Amaya was great, very friendly and let me come back the next day as I wanted my hair shorter. However, the cut wasn't perfect, noticed some asymmetry the day after.

The girls were lovely but very slow. I've got long hair but even with that, a blow dry shouldn't take 90 minutes. Very friendly staff though.

I was booked in for a hair colour, but also wanted a cut. I wasn't able to book both treatments at the same time through the app and when I rung the salon nobody was picking up. Anyway I had a session with Amaya but once I said down and said i needed it bleached and perhaps then coloured I was told there isn't enough time to do that as they're too busy. Amaya then proceeded to tell me for 20 minutes why my hair won't handle bleaching (it will - I've done it many times before at a salon and at home and also I know my hair). So I changed it to a haircut - which she did well. I think being a junior stylist I may have asked too much (shadow root and bleaching) and so it's a lesson learnt for me - go with well skilled hairdressers for dye jobs - but haircuts it's absolutely fine to go with juniors. She did a good job cutting my hair. The apprentice washed my hair and that was not good. The water was too hot, she pulled at my hair and water went down half my face smudging my make up. Overall I don't think I'll be going back.
