They were nice and helpful with their suggestions but I felt blindsided when I was charged double for my treatment. To be fair, I modified it from the one I booked but the hairdresser said that I can pay for the same charge but only have half of my head coloured, so imagine my surprise when I paid 60 instead of 32 :(
