The staff seem to give the impression they know what they're doing but actually they do not. I left with bright orange hair, i had to return to get it fixed a week later and they charged me an additional £65. My hair is still an ugly colour and due to the amount of dye in it it is exceptionally dry and damaged. In total i spent £110 on colouring my hair and i am hugely disappointed with the colour and angry at the staff for not realising that it would turn out like this.

Both Neil and Amaya are wonderful. Very friendly and remember you as a person. I have also never had such a good hair cut. It falls exactly as I want it and that shows to me that they listen to what I want.
