Not only did Amaya really sort out my hair for me and give it a great cut, she gave me all the hair tips and product recommendations I needed to fix my dry, damaged hair.

Amaya once again did an amazing job on my hair. I got highlights for the first time with a new salon so I was anxious to begin with, but knew I could trust Amaya having had a brilliant experience the last time I saw her, and she didn’t disappoint! Very happy with my colour and will be returning in future

Firstly the stylist was 10 minutes late (on the terms and conditions it stated if I was late by 10 minutes or more then I would have to pay a £10 fee – I wasn’t offered any money off). My whole experience in the salon felt a bit hurried and slap dash. My hair wash wasn’t relaxing and I asked for the temperature of the water to be adjusted twice as it was too cold. My hair wasn’t conditioned (although I said I already had deep conditioner in it, it should have been conditioned).
I had to do my own parting as the stylist wasn’t sure how I would like my middle parting (I feel like this is quite a self-explanatory request).
The stylist didn’t apply any serum at the end as he didn’t know which one I use – every time I’ve been to a salon they put serum in your hair. Finally my hair did not last at all and to be honest it looked frizzy and not how I expected. Instead of a bouncy blow dry it had more of a 70’s feel to it and just flicked up at the ends.
I had to re-blow dry it by the next day because it was so frizzy (my blow dry’s always usually last a few days at least).
Overall I felt like this visit was a waste of my time and money and I’m very dissatisfied.
