I booked this because of good reviews and was v disappointed. Although she was nice she really didn’t listen to what I wanted. She cut my hair far too short and when I said it was a bit short the defensive reply on two occasions was ‘this was what you said you wanted.’ It wasn’t what I asked for, I asked for it on the shoulders when curly, and it was chin length when straight (so even shorter curlier) so I really didn’t appreciate that. I also asked for it to be longer at the front than at the back, which it isn’t. So overall not good at all, and I’m going to have to wait at least a month for it to grow out and look decent.
