Absolute fail of a haircut. Got the opposite of what I asked for. Ear length instead of chin length. I asked for only layered and shorter in the back, that is the only part that is now not layered and longer. I almost cried when I got home, just why?

Amaya was brilliant! I love my new haircut - I have finally found a new hair stylist in London. She listened to what I wanted, to how I usually wash/arrange my hair, how much time I am willing to dedicate to it daily etc. She then considered my hair type and my features, and made recommendations on which we both agreed to pursue. I love the end result and I am finally not dreading my hair growing and needing to cut it again in the future.
