Context: I have long straight black thick East Asian hair. I got a wash, cut, and blowdry from Amaya. She was incredible. She was very gentle and caring, and she would explain clearly what she was doing before she did it. She definitely has a lot of expertise, and honestly, it's the best haircut I've ever had. I asked for layers, and she created the perfect low maintenance layers that frame my face exactly as I hoped. It's the best experience I've ever had at a salon. Definitely will return!
