I arrived on time but had to wait half an hour to be seen. The haircut was okay but rushed through and then had to run to get cash out to pay for it. Given that I was meant to be meeting a friend and was very late, it wasn’t a brilliant experience. The hairdresser was nice and offered me a discount for the next time because it was so delayed.

Last minute decision to have a haircut with Lio. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful, and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I showed him a photo of a layered hairstyle and advised him that the last hair cut I had was done by myself. He corrected my mistakes and made my hair look great again.
