Jess is absolutely amazing! My consultation was so thoughtful and detailed. She really listened and made me feel completely at ease. She considered how my hair naturally falls and recreated my reference photos EXACTLY. As someone who gets nervous at the hairdressers, she made me feel totally at ease.
