Got a text to say they were running 10 minutes late. It took over an hour for me to have my appointment, despite booking early in the morning to avoid queues. Very frustrating as I took time off work and was late back. Communication was very poor.

A really good experience with Tia at Bebe. As a new client wearing a COVID prevention mask, my visit was still friendly, professional, easy and I left with a fantastic restyle. Slightly off the beaten track but so close to borough high street. I’d highly recommend Bebe. West End quality with a stylistic edge and service with a smile
