I booked an appointment for blonde highlights asking to go lighter than I am at the moment, a haircut and blow dry. The hairdresser said she didn’t realise my hair would be so difficult and had booked other appointments so she was looking after other customers during my treatment. I was there for over 5 hours and my hair looks horrible, it is darker than it was when I visited and it is really patchy, my right side has almost no highlights at all and the colours in my hair range from blonde-ish to dark brown to copper (even though I specifically asked for no brassiness). I have been getting highlights in the last 6 years and this is the worst treatment I ever had. She did not have time for the haircut and the blow dry and asked me to go back in two weeks to have that done. Will definitely not be back - called Treatwell and cancelled my next appointment.
