I have already complained to Treatwell who advertise this experience as head massage and left my complaint unresolved. Even now in asking to rate my experience, Treatwell asks 'rate your therapist'. Whereas in fact this is a blow dry with some massage. The hairdresser at the salon said, out of 1h15 min appointment 15min to wash and massage your hear, the rest is blow dry, which by definition does not make it a head massage. Was not too happy with the blow dry either sadly.
