Very unprofessional environment, cold and not at all clean. I had a bikini wax and eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows have gone really thin and very patchy, she kept trimming and trimming. She also did my bikini wax - uneven edges and like a stripe left at the top. She also couldn't get the wax off in one go - so kept picking bits off. I ended up leaving the clinic with bits of wax stuck everywhere around my bikini line and it was so painful to get off and took ages. It was the worst experience ever!
