Kira was very competent and friendly. The salon was very nice - only downside being that the room I was in was quite hot (which Kira apologised for and tried to find a fan) though I felt more sorry for her than it being too much of a problem for me.

Very very close to the picture I showed. My hair had been boxed dyed so was expecting it to be warmer tone.
