I won’t go anywhere else to have my hair cut! Not only is Maisie a great hairdresser she is also a lovely person. She is so much fun and she makes my hair look amazing

Not confident if she was a trained massuse or just a beautician doing massages. I have had massages at other venues before to feel confident. I feel traumatised after, her technique with pushing fingers into areas was agony. I was in shock & felt like I couldn't speak to say stop. She was massaging up into my ribcage which you aren't meant to with back massage and it is now bruised. It was my birthday present and I had to pretend everything was OK & I came out in tears and felt ashamed.

This was the speediest upper lip wax I’ve had (3mins!) and sadly I got home to find not everything was removed, but also my skin was raw red — today I have woken up with spots all over my upper lip which has never happened before. Flagging as I imagine this is something you would want to ensure doesn’t happen again. I’ve been to Beaux before and was always happy with the results so this seems to be an unfortunate one off.
