The lady was lovely and kind, however the wax was too hot for an intimate area and I am now scalded with blisters that are sore and painful. I've been having this treatment done for 3 years at other salons and have never been burnt before. I am very very disappointed with paying £20 to have this done to myself. There was also a patch of hair left remaining so the job was not even complete.
