The therapist was very informative and let me know about what the facial would do, explaining that to see maximum results a course would be needed. I knew this but just wanted to see what the facial was about. Very pleasant lady and peaceful surroundings.
Facials - CACI
The therapist was very knowledgeable. However, very quickly told me that it wasn't 'worth her time' to spend 60 minutes giving me a proper facial as she was on making 10 quid per customer on this wahanda deal. so gave me the 'green peel' which she insisted was the best and sent me packing in about 30 min. NOT AT ALL what i expected. But she is v good at her job I am sure.
Classic Facials
I have only ever had Guinot facials in the past which are always really good.this was a disappointing treatment and quite short ,less than an hour.The therapist was lovely very nice. However the actual treatment (Caci facial did absolutely nothing for me ) and my skin looked no different after.In fact i felt I really needed to get a facial afterwards.Perhaps I did not fully realize what a Caci was and so it was extremely dissapointing and i felt a waste of money.

Very convenient location off Oxford Street. Small reception. Noise from dance studio below. Fairly small treatment rooms. However, the therapist was lovely, very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful facial which made me feel really good.

The therapist was fantastic - very tailored approach and very sweet. The facial I had was with herbs, which was weird, but it definitely worked. Really enjoyed it.
The only downside was that it was in a dance studio so you could hear the dancers on the wooden floors. Would have been nice to have a more isolated room.
