After having my balayage done elsewhere and not being satisfied, I came to beautyque fto try to fix it. Raphael was very honest and professional, he aligned my expectations and delivered a tone and colour that was way better than I expected. I feel so much better now, thanks for the whole team for the warmth and care. I will be back whenever I’m in london.
