After reading the comments, I decided to try to see if they were able to fix what the previous 3 hairdressers in my travels had managed to ruin. Best decision I made (when it comes to hair). Tiago took time to take a good look at my hair and explain the options of what could and could not be fixed. After 2 months it's the first time I do not have to tie my hair and look decent! Thank you so much Tiago for the wonderful work. The atmosphere in the lounge is cordial. Warm and professional staff. Everyone seems happy - customers and employees. I can only recommend them. Not to mention the reasonable prices. highly recommended.

My hair turned out horrible, the cut was too short. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted down which was the same cut I had done in the summer at another salon and it turned out completely different. The original cut was below the jaw with some layering and what I got was a bob. I’m really unhappy and upset with this as it does not suit my face the at all. To round it off the cut was not even and there was no layering at all.
Also the picture of the site are misleading as the salon is actually situated at the back of a luggage shop!

Highly recommend, stuff was so lovely and attentive! Haircut with Tiago was exactly what I wanted but couldn’t get for long time! Very highly recommend this place!
