Very cold in the building, feeling like in the warehouse. Not friendly and bad quality. One of my nail was broken next day, regret of paying £30+. £ 10 just for nail removal, this is a joke. I left the place sneezing and disappointed. Definitely did not had a feeling that I want to a beauty salon.
