Ola remembered that I like to have steam in my facial even though I haven’t been for months so made sure to put the steam on to heat up before I arrived which was lovely. She is always amazing to have treatments from very friendly and welcoming and always takes the feedback on board which is great (I have previously chipped my nail polish so she makes sure I sit for long enough after) the only thing I think could improve would potentially be to use the nail dryer to dry in between coats of polish as this may help prevent chipping as the lower layers do seem to take longer to dry.
