I rarely leave reviews but this is honestly terrible. My skin is worse now than before my appointment. Some of the areas she "treated" are now irritated and infected because she forced too much with her tools. I'm so unhappy with the results and can't believe I paid for my face to be butchered.

Haircut was wonky, long on one side and shorter on the other. Cris did not understand when I mentioned this (she barely spoke English). The ‘salon’ is at the back of an electronic shop, this is not shown in the photos. I was not properly consulted prior to having my hair washed and it quickly became apparent that Cris was not a ‘senior stylist’. I had to go straight to another salon to get my hair fixed. Daylight robbery, not worth wasting anything more than £5 there. I want a refund.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Bianca was lovely, the most amazing head massage with my double shampoo and conditioning before the haircut. The cut and blow dry looked fantastic and she really took her time to make it a relaxing experience. The venue itself is at the back of an electronic store so might put you off at first look, but rest assured you’re in good hands. Will be back!
