Ola is always fantastic and goes out of her way to make sure you have the perfect experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect with covid but it was a relaxed and safe experience and so lovely to have a chat with ola after months away. She focused in on all the areas of tension from hone working in the massage, remembered I like the steam for my facial still after all this time and really did everything to try to make sure my manicure would stay perfect even offering to stay late to allow me to sit for longer with the nail druer. Sadly it did still chip when I got home the only thing I can think of to try prevent this would be using the nail dryer between the coats but this shouldn’t make a difference. Thanks ola for your time and efforts :)

Ola is always great. She's honestly the best at doing my unruly eyebrows and she has true dedication to make sure she does her best work. Always happy when I have my eyebrows done by her.
