Well, I usually write great reviews, but this experience was terrible. I went to this venue earlier. I rang the bell, NO ANSWERS. I waited. Again, I rang the bell and...NO ANSWERS, the venue was empty, the lights were turned off. I decided to call her, no answers. Second call, she answered. She arrived and opened the door and she looked at me very upset without a reason. After a while, she gave me the treatment and she versed some acetone on my new skirt without any excuses. Please, AVOID!

Very nice and kind therapist. She made me feel at my ease. the treatment was one hour long as it was supposed to be. We had a chat and the times flew. I enjoyed it.
It was my first time at the Salon, the hot Brazilian wax treatment was comfortable and was no where near as painful as I had anticipated - I have had Brazilian waxes done before and I was very impressed with Eileen who carried out my hot wax. It was also a lot quicker than the 30min allocated time and I would say that this was one of the best I have had, she was performed the treatment very well.
I will definitely be returning.

Beauty Pac is a real find and ideally located between Stockwell and Brixton. Stockwell Road is busy but the salon is located downstairs so you don't hear the traffic. The therapist, who was also the owner of the salon could not have been nicer. I had a brilliant pedicure; it was really first rate. She took her time and did a fabulous job. The salon had a lovely peaceful feeling and I didn't feel rushed at all. It was fantastic value for money and I will definitely return and happily pay full price.

I got a voucher for my birthday and when booking the appointment, I was told they are open till 8.30pm, which is very convenient. I found the place easily, it is however very small. This said, both ladies were very professional from the start.
I loved my facial treatment and my skin was great the following day. I was given advice and the facial massages were awesome. I will definitely go back for another facial maybe Microdermabrasion.
My thai massage was also fabulous, a full hour and even bit more, as good as the ones I had in Thailand. I fell very relaxed after and will definitely go back.
Overall very friendly and worth every penny.
